At our studio, we specialize in producing handcrafted designs and fabrications for clients seeking unique and personalized pieces. Our process involves a deep involvement in every stage of design and production, from creating our own designs to crafting custom pieces for our clients' homes, cottages, and businesses. Our approach to crafting involves using traditional techniques and tools, with no mass production by machines. As a result, each piece is one-of-a-kind, even if some pieces may appear similar.

 

We value the history and origin of materials used in our fabrications, and we strive to repurpose local materials to give them a new lease on life. We source our materials from steel and wood distributors based in the Chicagoland area, and we often use wood that comes with a historical context and a story of prior use. Our goal is to transform these reclaimed materials into functional and aesthetically pleasing pieces that transcend their former existence.
