1840 Creative was founded in 2016 by Yair Rodriguez and Elvis Ortega. Both inherited the passion for crafting from generations of woodworkers and steel fabricators. The name 1840 was inspired by the Industrial Revolution, an era that transformed the relationship and transition from wood to steel. Today our studio continues to evolve while incorporating timeless craftsmanship with modern fabrication techniques.
